In January 2009, we introduced Trident Xtra Care with Recaldent* - the first and only gum in Canada to strengthen tooth enamel to prevent cavities. The newest member of the Trident family contains Recaldent - a compound derived from milk that helps fight cavities by supporting the natural remineralization of teeth, a process that makes teeth stronger. Trident Xtra Care* is the only gum in Canada to be recognized by the Canadian Dental Association.
