My name is Victoria Spadaro-Grant and I am the leader for the Global Gum &Candy S&T organization based out of Whippany, NJ.
My previous role was with PepsiCo leading their technical organization to drive innovation for the whole of PepsiCo platforms for the Asia, ANZ, Middle East and Africa geographies, and I was based out of Shanghai, China.
While new to the confectionery business, I am very proud to be a great consumer of all of our products!...but most importantly I am very excited about the opportunity to learn from so many talented colleagues, and to bring to bear my innovation experience working across many different food and beverage categories.
I see innovation as the life-blood of any business…Just like the heart is to a body. I see innovation as the one lever that has the ability to radically change a business and a company, and it fascinates me to come to work every day and see how we at Cadbury have all the right ingredients to create the magic that brings smiles and joy to the lives of our consumers.
As a newcomer to Cadbury I noticed that our organization is incredibly collaborative, and has a great sense of pride in all we do. We have a strength and determination that few others have.
So, as the new leader of these terrific S&T teams I want us to take advantage of our strength and Global presence to passionately engage with each other and collaborate at unprecedented levels…The kind of collaboration that will accelerate our innovation capacity and successfully continue making us the winners of our consumer’s hearts.
